MSM Football Academy - identity, print, and a desktop site for a Prague football programme. I led lockups, brochures, Instagram, and the fcmsm.eu redesign.
Goal - one language from pitch to screen. Shield, yellow kit, and type that still read as MSM, built for parents and players scanning programmes.
I designed the brand lockups, football brochures, Instagram system, and the desktop website.
Brand identity and lockups
A sports lockup system: Football Academy shield, MSM Sport, and the parent MSM mark - versions for dark fields, print, and web.
The Prague shield (lions, ball, ribbon) sits next to the wider MSM family so academy materials feel local without breaking the group. Kit, brochure, and site share the same geometry.

Desktop website
Desktop-first IA for programmes, team, and applications. Fast paths to one-year, half-year, and summer camp.
Hero, programme pages, and a clear nav so a parent can understand the offer in one scroll. Live at fcmsm.eu.
Brochures
Summer Football Academy brochure on a strict grid: programmes and fees, the foundation-course poster, and training with match play. Print specs aligned with the digital system.
Football materials sit next to the wider MSM family in the room - same shield, same yellow, same type.

Feed, stories, and covers for @msm_football_academy - match results, camp, and kit. Same shield and type as print and web.

Process and collaboration
I worked inside MSM's weekly cadence with marketing and development. Sprint goals, short reviews, and handoff that a developer could ship from. Layouts, states, and components stayed in one file so print, Instagram, and the desktop site did not drift.

Dmytro ProzorovWeb developer - November 21, 2025, Dmytro worked with Vadim on the same team
I worked with Vadim on several web projects where he led UI/UX design while I handled development. From the first sprint, Vadim proved to be a dependable partner: his design handoff was clear and thorough, and his layouts translated into fast, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces.
Vadim combines a strong product sense with clean, pragmatic design. He clarifies goals, asks the right questions, and prioritizes user impact without overcomplicating solutions. Communication is calm and straightforward - agreements are documented, progress is shared regularly, and feedback cycles stay efficient. That rhythm made collaboration smooth and kept releases on schedule.
Beyond visuals, Vadim thinks systemically: he considers states, edge cases, and scalability; he pays attention to performance, accessibility, and SEO implications; and he adapts quickly when requirements evolve. He also brings a business perspective from his studies in economics and his work founding Kefir Software Company, which helps align design decisions with measurable outcomes.
Working with Vadim is comfortable and productive. He takes ownership, follows through on details, and keeps the team focused on the goal. I recommend Vadim as a reliable UI/UX designer and project partner - someone who turns ideas into well-crafted products and communicates clearly from start to finish.
